Welcome to the June issue of OCIO magazine and welcome to summer. The weather is really warming up nicely and the hot days and balmy nights are not so much easing us into summer mode, more thrusting us in with everything it has. Seems to be a perfect opportunity to enjoy everything that this beautiful part of the world has to offer. As always, live music, in its many and varied forms, is going to be very big this season with many music festivals inviting some of the biggest names in music today to perform here on the Costa del Sol. So get yourselves ready, it’s going to be a hot, fun and loud summer …just as it should be!

Welcome to the May issue of OCIO Magazine. With Spring giving way to summer, the recent boost in warm weather has given us a little taste of what is ahead. The beach bars and restaurants begin to move into full swing and the smell of sardines being cooked over log fires fills the warm air. Winter clothes have been packed away giving way to brighter, lighter clothing. Flips flops have been dusted off and swimsuits unpacked from their winter hibernation. It is also sun cream (and after sun) season so time to beak out the Hawaiian Tropic. Hot days and balmy nights are just around the corner people, bringing with it everything that summer living has to offer. Enjoy!

As the tourist season gets underway, so many businesses that have slept through the winter now open their doors for the busy months that lie ahead. There are events, shows, entertainment and so much more to enjoy as we welcome those warmer days and balmy nights. It is the perfect time of year to enjoy everything that this fabulous part of the world has to offer. Welcome to the March issue of OCIO Magazine. Spring is always a great time to be in Spain, especially as the beaches, beach bars, Chiringuitos and restaurants all begin to come out of hibernation ready for the tourist season ahead. We celebrate the ‘Ruta de la Tapa’ in Torre del Mar and the fashion world too is at an exciting stage as we begin to clear out our winter wardobe in preparation for the brighter seasonal colours to arrive.
